    How long does supercake last?
    So, I have a slight variation on hippies supercake mixed up, and was wondering something.

    If it gets mixed up, stuck in half pints, and sealed up (no air exchange). How long would it stand up at room temp?

    a week? a month? not very long at all?

    if it's not going to keep very long, I'll just mix up the dry ingredients and wait until the LC finishes before.

    I kind of assume the bee pollen might be the deciding factor as it's the only thing that says "keep refrigerated"

    uncooked spoils in less than a day at room temp.
    once thru the pc a sealed jar should be ok moisture-wise
    for weeks.
    better to mix fresh, imo.
