Invitro bag questions

Hey, I am gonna give making my own invitro bags a go. I plan on using oven bags and making an injection port to innoculate with LC by taking some cardboard...plastic idk cutting a small square, cutting a hole in that square and put clear silicone on both sides and make self healing. Ill ductape it to the bag real good. I am going to put a good ammount of polyfill on the top and rubberband the top around the polyfil to make FAE. I also plan on using some whole wheat flour instead of BRF in a couple 1/2 pints the next batch I make to see if it works as well since its so cheap. Now the questions I have are,
1. Since oven sterilization doesnt remove hardly any moisture from 1/2 pints it shouldnt remove much frrom these bags right? Im thiking I Should put some tinfoil over the polyfill while sterilizing in oven to reduce moisture loss?
2. The standard PF tek substrate is fine right? BRF/Verm/Water+ I use some of hippies supercake ingredients.
3. What about using a verm layer on top to protect against contams like in 1/2 pints? would tha twork in a bag?

I also got another question about something different...Ive been reading alot of peope use compost. Will compost you buy to use for plant soil work? Just 100% organic compost that u mix with verm/perlite to make good ganja soil.

Yup, as long as its pasteurized/sterilized, it makes a nice addition to a substrate.

So a 50/50 verm/compost would make a decent bulk substrate? maybe with some added corn meal/flaxseed? Could I sterilize this in the microwave or oven? If so how? just mix in bowel and nuke for how long?

Don't Sterilize your compost!! You'll kill it!
Pasteurize it in the oven @ or around 140*F
This stimulates the activity of beneficial microbes
That's why compost works so well for your gardening too

I don't think the verm barrier idea will hold up in a bag.
The beauty of using bags is that you can knead them
to break up and distribute colonized particles
