![]() | Mushroom not sporulating at full maturity I have a transkei in a p.f. cake that has fully matured and is not developing spores at all. I have read about this happening before but I was wondering if there could be any benefit from this phenomenom? Should I clone this mushroom? Why is it not sporulating? The bottom is just super white. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Well, while spores are thought to cause sickness feeling....maybe you could get passed that. ![]() Some just dont drop spores, like some people cant have children. I wouldnt clone for any reason other than "I want to have many duplicates of that mushroom." for size, color, potency, etc.

![]() | I wonder if sporulation is a function of relative humidity. I've had the same thing happen with a species that I would love to get prints from. I'm hoping others will weigh in on this one as well. As for non-spore producing sub strains - I would imagine that this is possible but have no data to support this idea. |
