    "wormer" in horse poo=ok?

I found a source of horse manure, but the lady says yes the horses are "de-wormed", monthly. Anyone know if this stuff remains toxic? Do I need to get more info on the exact medicine used? Any ideas? I will look on organic gardening web sites, but that may not be specific to my purpose.
