I have been wanting to give Hip's supercake mix a try, so started to get it all togther. I have Bee Pollon waffers, Flax seed(how fine should they be grinded?),Cocanut meat(Should it be grinded or just added?) and Nut. Yeast. Not sure where to get the rest did not really want to to buy all at once, because I was the only 1 in the store and the ladies were reallllyyyy bored. So did not want to ask for too much help to where things were, did not want too many questions.
Was wondering if I could get the other things at any of the stores that end in Mart....? I need blue corn meal, ground kelp meal, cottonseed meal....

Haven't seen those three things in my 'Mart. Sound more like health food store kinds of things.

I'd just go back to the health store and buy. If they ask any questions, just say "I read an article about this guy who's 105, and still plays golf and all sorts of amazing stuff. He says he drinks this cocktail every day, so I figured I'd try it and see how I feel." If there's an item that isn't normally ingested, just find it, ask them what it's used for, and then say "Ah cool, I think I'll try that!"

If you're really worried, ask a few questions about other things, act like you really want to get into naturopathy, and they won't think anything of it.
