Agars psilly chocolate recipe

HI there,this is Agar tha-sporable here to share this simple chocolate mushy recipe that has worked for me time and time again.What you will need for this is the following tools and ingredients:

-1 bag semi-sweet chocolate morsels(milk chocolate is not as easy to handle later on to put in molds)

-as many dry mushrooms of your choice

-1 digital scale

-1 double boiler(pretty much a pot that fits into another pot with water)

-1 confectioners mold(optional)

-1 electric coffee grinder

-your freezer

-1 mixing spoon

step 1: Melt down 76g. chocolate in the double boiler pot.This should not take more than five minutes,by the time you see the first signs of melting you can mix it and its done.Remove it from heat.

step 2: Grind 14g. dry mushrooms(i used cubensis) into a fine dust and let it settle for a minute so you dont lose any magic.

step3:wait till chocolate cools to about body temp.,you can check that with your finger,then you mix the mushies in slowly into the chocolate to distribute more evenly.

step4:after mixing,the chocolate should have a significantly thicker texture and becomes easier to handle with your hands.Keep your hands wet to keep the chocolate from sticking to them.Flatten and "fold" your chocolate at least 20 times to make the distribution consistent.

step5:Weigh out 14 chocolate balls at 6.42g. or 12 at a flat 7.5 and add to the mold pressing into it to fill the mold completely and preserving whatever design you use,or you could just round out into balls with your hands.

step6: put your mold or balls in the freezer for about 25-35 min.

step7: pop out your molded chocolate and enjoy

btw:if your in the state of fla.this is a good "loophole" recipe(Fiske vs State of Florida 1978).Now im not hear to give legal advice...just a recipe,but look it up because knowledge is power
