how long for PC
I have a 10 qt 10 psi pressure cooker and i was wondering how long to pressure cook my brf jars for pf tek? i know its 45 minutes for 15 psi, i was just wondering if it is different for 10 psi.

Do a longer run. 90 minutes should be ok. Make sure you add enough water!

+1, mine's 10 psi too and i do 90 min's and just add as much water as i can (your pressure cooker should say in the book what it's "do not fill above" line is). i think i fill my up an inch and a half

well hopefully it will be enough water. i got it on med-low setting now.
