Question about plants near fruiting chamber

So I was rearranging my small experiment space. I had a new project and limited room. I have a couple of succulents and and cacti growing in the same "space". So I was thinking, that it may be beneficial to have plants surrounding the fruiting chamber(with some kind of air flow) "sucking" up the expulsion of the fruits. Would this possibly help to gain a little air movement through the chamber without any human interaction?

I use to have plants in my FC (very large FC) But now I don't even have plants in the same room due to GNATS. But you might not have that problem if your plants are succulents in catus soil, That soil tends to stay dryer and less inviting to the lil buggers.

As alot of plants tend to harbor endospores. I.E. trich and other nasties so I perfer to keep ALL plants away from my mushies
