Simple question. While monitoring the progress of mycelium in my LC jars, how much light exposure are they allowed? Should I try my best to avoid any light exposure? Help a brother out?

a little bit of light isn't gonna hurt em. if you're just exposing them to look or shake em , your lc will be fine...can't say i've ever seen/heard about a lc going invitro, but i'm no expert. lol *good luck*
