![]() | Using sour manure in compost
Hello Topia!! There is some aged horse manure that has been in a garbage bag outside for over a year and smells heavily of classic souring. I was wondering, should it be good to use for mycology after it is mixed with other goods then ran through a composter with activator? I would think the composting then pasteurization process would kill all unwanted bacteria but I thought I would check with some pros before I went against my instinct and used sour smelling materials. Thanks for any advice! |
