![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | clone from dry mushroom (oyster)
We were in the country the other day at my friends house. While I was outside I noticed O's growing on an old wooden bench. They were dry as a bone and can assume they were from last fall. I took one mushroom in put it in a cellophane. How would I go about cloning from a dry shroom? Would it be a simple hydrate then follow any cloning tek? With my repeated interest in cloning I think it may be time to consider getting some petri dishes and study on agar. It seems more reliable then throwing flesh into LC. |

It will be a while (not like I'm worried about it drying out). Need to get a bit of those antibiotics if I want to clone it on agar.I also have other projects going in the incubator. And I also thought about waiting until it fruits again to get a fresh specimen for cloning.
