I've seen threads where SWIM injected 10-20cc's into an invitro bag with good results. I think the LC would do considerably better and its really simple to cook one up!

Check out the microwave Karo tec. Itll do you wonders, especially if you dont have a PC.

Wouldn't this be at higher risk of getting contams due to the amount of water you would be putting on an already soaked grain????

If the bag you ordered contains grain,, I dont see any reason why spores wouldnt work. They would be a few days slower to germinate and colonize.

The using a whole syringe of lc thing would be a bad idea imo. If properly done, the grain should already be fully hydrated and need no more liquid. It has been known to cause "wet spot" bacteria.

Skanked, I would suggest you check out the vaults or archives. There is some great info on spawn bags, invitro and just about anything else you want to know. Sure to find answers to many of your questions there.

Best of luck

I agree with Foster, an entire syringe of lc is definitely too much and would be counter productive in a premade invitro bag.

And the vaults is an awesome place to recap good teks.
