Honey extract report and findings using Ethyl100% and water and fresh shrooms

First of thanks to Golly you rock
the idea is to produce a process to create a potent extract without drying the shrooms and keeping the magic and feel of fresh mushroom tea

This tek yielded the best spoonfull of madness i have tried ever and anyone else i gave it to (my wife got pretty wild with the jar and sent a party to orbit)
it also involved the cook my tripping twice during production
I will put what I did in regular text and in () ideas or improvements
base material was 500gramm freshly harvested and cleaned PESA cubes exactly at the right spot
a pot was filled with a bit of water and some fresh lime juice and the content of about 10gelcaps with vitamin C rose extract (bad idea the stuff was jelly like and difficult to filter, get pure Ascorpic acid)
water was brought to boil and shrooms were added chopped in fine pieces in the same moment as chopped directly to the water to reduce oxidation.
as soon as done a liberal amount of 100% ethylic alkohol was added..
as soon as shrooms were all in, heat was reduced to allow simmering
about 25 minutes...the idea is to give a short heat shock to denature the enzymes in shrooms and then allow the solvents to do their work
of cause the simmering reduced the mixture greatly as the alkohol evaporated (remeber to fan well use electric heat!!)
mixture was filtered with a kitchen filter (no problem at all)
a second run was made with less water and more alkohol
when alhol was gone, i added some more and filtered again
this time I tried to get all the juice out of the fresh fungus which is really hard and the bad thing about fresh extract
(you should make some kind of press to press the juice out of the shrooms)
the rest of the fungus matter was put in the freezer covered in 100% ethyl
to check back to weeks later
now the pain in the ass, there was still still lots of mushrooms matter in the juice and it was slimy as hell!!
i tried to filter trough a kitchen coffee filter and i ws really slow and a pain the ass
then i tried a t shirt and it was a pad idea, the shirt soaked off the juice i tried to squeeze it out and i washed it out with the alk...I think I got most
so I went trogh the pain with the fliter i have
(guys get a good filter..I will built a press..or vacuum filter..or with a syringe with filter paper (put filter in front of syringe and suck up the extract...I will report back, as soon as I got huge amounts of fresh shrooms again (in a few month, got enough)
anyways I squezzed the filter with bare finger, bad idea..you need gloves..I feel that I touched so mauch magicelicked it up etc..that i was tripping while cooking..I also had a bag of coke (also bad Idea..since I have my extract that stuff does not interest me anymore)
I reduced the results in small batches to jelly like consistence (you should have heavy friing pan as suggested by golly to distribute head, even surface) mine was moderate but did the job..but could have been better..
mixed up with honey and stored in freezer
result is a good, strong extract, one small teaspoon (sugar type)..just was good for a decent trip, 2 to 3 suprinsingly strong even for people (me and my wife) with some tolerance and 4 beamed a guy into a very long intense trip..no body noise, smooth onset..just clean and fucking good
we handed and used up about 20 to 30 spoons and have about 10 to 15 left
(i think I lost some magic due to the bad t shirt idea (in gollys pictorial you can sea a cloth used to squezze the shrooms, did not work well for me..watch out what material you have)
so I checked back the shrooms in the freezer
fitlered the alk, itchen filter to seceond run in coffe filter..same pain the ass...but I just waited..but I could not get all the juice out of the shrooms
(maybe drying them now with a ventilator and doing a 4th run with dry shrooms will yield some more magic)
reduced the alk to about 10to12ml, dried 2to3 and tripped like about 1,5 gramms of dry shrooms..pretty much like the teaspoon of honey
so bad news is there was still lots of magic left..and sure there is still a lot of stuff in it..
well so I go about 35 to 40 decent or 20 good or 10 heavy or about 7 ultra heroic doses out of 500fresh Pesas..
I guess drying, gringind to powder and mixing into honey or choclate is more efficent but not as stealthy and clean
what I will change
I found working and reducing the 100% ethyl was easier than water,
so next run..much less boiling water not even to cover shrooms complete, jsut enough to get hot enough to kill encymes, much more alk, (store result in freezer)
so second run..direct to freezer in alk..leave in freezer a week)
reduce and combine with 1 run
3 run in alk and freezer..combimne the 3 bring to good measurable amount with more honey
get some kind of press going to get more juice out
better filter setup (need that vacuum set up) or maybe my syringe idea will work
well thats it, quality was awesome yield could have been better..
question is..how does the jelly (reddish, jelly that results after reduction) behave if combined with
a: just some honey and some etyl alk..will it go bad, to have a liquid that can be stored and served in 5ml vacutainers..yeah
b: no honey just alk same purpose (maybe some extra vitamin
C: any of the above but add, ginko extract and 250 to 500mg ephedrin per dose to make it more active

and have fun guys..I like it more than tea and I love looking at the test tube were i store the 8ml left of the last run...waiting for a brave heart to give it a try with 3ml

Glad u had some fun with that Buzz..!
I recommend a synthetic, like polyester or rayon [dress shirt] material for filtering
the tea, as it doesn't soak up the juice or stretch like cotton and can be re-used many times..
The alcohol ,if it's of high proof , should increase it's preservability at room temp - u just don't want any excess water , or it will degrade..
I would avoid having many small vials for legal reasons, although they are convenient.
Ephedra in the mix may cause a panic attack in some peeps who are not used to those
things,,,but the Ginko has been reported to harmonize well..
