I don't know the amount in weight but I'd say you want about twelve hydrated quarts of caseings and the same goes for the coir. It's kind of hard to judge by knowning just the size of the container in qts. Dementions would help better describe the size of your tray. A container can be two inches by two inches and still be 110 qts, if its like 22 feet tall. Do you get what I mean? Anyways, I would recommend using three or four smaller containers than that one huge one. This might be a little more work, but it will pay off. I think a four inch substrate layer is a little thick. Try using those throw away aluminum cake pans. They are about 18 inches longX12 inches wideX2 inches in deepth. Don't forget the more fruiting surface you have the better. good luck and remember, take the shady roads!
