Is this contam or invitro or ????

I had a couple of jars that seemed to be stalling out(I think a bit to much water) so i flipped them and after a few days they started growing some swelled up almost invitro/marshmellow looking shit. I figured I'd birth them, They smelled great, and the white shit had a mushroom texture. The pic is a couple days in the fc, the white shit stopped swelling, and has some brown discoloring

Looks fine to me. Keep that humidity up!!

ive seen that before on a foaf cake and it all worked out

I get those sometimes, too. Have never had any issues with cake fruiting or contams as a result.
