Do cakes/bulk casings fruit at about same rate (time wise)?

I have my first bulk casing going for about 4 days after fruiting 2-3 cakes for my first grow. The cakes had shown pins a week after being put in FC (except for a hpoo/verm cake that took 2 days). Will bulks take about the same amount of time to show pins as cakes?

It can vary wildly by strain, and other factors. That said overall IMO the tubs will take a couple to few days longer, but not a whole lot usually. Hope this helps!

eases my mind a bit, i suppose. The myc is making its way through the casing layer of coir/verm, but hasn't made it all the way through.

Depends on the flush too. Cakes will pin fast as hell after a dunk on 2nd and 3rd flushes... like in 48-72 hours.
