hi..for how long do i have to pc agar before useing?

it depends 30 mins should do you just fine if you pour you agar onto petri dishes
where as if you do slants like me then 15 minutes is moore than enough.

my FOAF says 20 mins would be enough, dont want to go too long and heat the sugars where they carmalize or the agar stiffens up

i have afriend that her mother is abiologist.
so i ask her if she can get me som agar to grow mushroom..so i dont realy know..
but her mother say it will work good for me
