Liquid culture help....

I need some tips for making l.c with distilled water and just karo.... my stuff never works ive tried it twice.. i guess because i cook it to fast i dont know i will cook it on 3 the whole time .. around 75 mls per teaspoon or something like that... anything else i need to know

I like 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract to 500ml of water in a jar with it's silicone injection port lid on it, microwaved until it boils in the jar and let boil for about 30-45 seconds, let cool and shoot with just a half cc of spores or clone tissue or whatever. works perfectly.

I use 1 tsp of karo per 100ml of distilled water in 1/2 pints.
Pressure cook for only 25 min (start timer when pressure has built up).

Works everytime. Unless you get stoned and let it cook for three hours caramelizing the sugars....

guilty.

MY FOAF also goes the 1tsp of Karo in 100ml of water in a half pint.... He lets his go for 20mins .... he said he has never lost a jar yet .... and if you are using live tissue or live culture off of agar..... put a cc or two of peroxide just in case after the jar cools down... that way you can do an open air transfer
