All-In-One Jar to "Prnt"?

Any ideas, suggestions? all in one from pf tek jar into clean room into fruit chamber for everything. prints can be taken in top chamber... air intake for chambers from polyfil clean environ to chamber thru hepa... jars would be put in top chamber, cleaned w/ 1/200 bleach solution, and then passed into fruiting chamber by gloves only... i want to maximize production vs space... and not take any chances... can dunk via straw tek w/ sterile water.. glovebox made in previous tek... i believe by hippie3... just use glovebox as fruit chamber and clean room between urs and theirs during use.. anything else im forgetting? all on a 3 tier plastic shelf with holes cut in shelves as needed... lime green exchange area between clean room and fruiting chambers is one of the computer fans with blue LED lights on a 8/16 timer with polyfil or hepa filter behind fan...

That seems like a hell of a contraption. Have you actually used it yet? It seems like it would be a lot of work to maintain compared to a couple monotubs, a glovebox, and an incubator. Looks cool as hell though, and Im sure it works great when dialed in!

as far as the contraption itself, i havent used it yet... still wanna make sure ive included everything ill need. i imagine it would be easier to just build each function separately... just never been one for the easy way i suppose. i was concerned that transferring between said pieces might introduce contamination. also, the dials on the airstone splitter allow me to find the correct combination of fresh filtered air and the same coming through water for humidity. i can dunk while still in the chamber as its got a large syringe for water input with straws in the top of each pf cake. spore prints taken up top. everything can be 100% in sterile containers long before its exposed to unfiltered air... if no contams, an occasional bleach bomb and input of more water from evap should make it pretty self-sustaining...

Sounds like a viable machine. Would be great for printing and clone work. I've never tried printing before because I've always been worried about the time between cutting the cap off and transferring it to the glove box attracting bad spores. I can't wait to see you try this thing!

observation 1: make the top box... the clean room, bigger. gotta have room to shake out jars. not possible inside a space about a foot high...

sounds decent. maybe more info will hit the thread tomorrow. looks like it will work well like gadgetguy said once it gets tweaked in and running at the proper level. it looks like it would work well. the blu-print could possiably be made more clear but thats a whole diffrent issue if the modle works there may be many tweeks that can be made to help the eficency of the tek.

easy way to get sterile prints =
get UV sterilizer.
cut up rectangles of foil, as many as needed, 1 per print.
place cap on foil to drop spores.
place spore covered foil into small ziplock and seal.
cover the printed area with opaque light shielding
[a foil circle slightly smaller than the print]
turn on UV sterilizer and zap both sides of the foil/baggie.
voila!

How do you get the goodies out to munch on them. Is there some sort of drawer like at a bank drive through teller to get the munchies out or do you have to open your chamber up and expose everything to the surrounding unfiltered air?

true about easier, just dont have a uv light meself..

as far as getting out samples, it will be done the same way as putting in cakes. the top box has a passage into the fruiting chamber. so i would steralize the top room, open the passageway, cut and move the shrooms up, and reseal bridge before opening top.

same basic idea as having a clean room where you change and steralize before going into more important areas. ever seen the 70's movie the andromeda strain? what he goes thru when first entering the bio weapon area is my top box... lol..

btw... 1st pic outside of chamber, 2nd inside. can take hq photo if needed for anything, just lazy and phone is easy. i can already... smell the colors outside on my lawn...
