resterilizing casing question

I have 2 tubs of casing mix at the back of my fidge that are half frozen, one half is actually frozen in both trays and the other half is not. I am wondering if they can be resterilized and used on my pending grow ?

The casing mix consists of verm, coir and peat moss if it makes any difference, the tubs do not have any funky smells or growth but part of the mix is still frozen so I will not know for sure untill they have fully thawed. I know a casing mix is non-nutritious and unlikly to contaminate but I do not have a lot of experience with this sort of casing mix and I am unsure.
