i'm sorry i don't have any experience with wet bubble, but i'm sure someone with the knowledge will chime in soon, if you wait more than 33 minutes for an answer.

Not really anything different as far as growth parameters invitro for pe. Just follow one of the great teks found here, do a bit more reading on invitro and you should be good. Check the vaults, old and new. Invitro is invitro. Almost perfect in its simple form. Good luck. Good idea to keep your remaining jars from being exposed to bacteria/contams, if you are having continual problems when fruiting normally. Be interesting to see if the infection is airborne or something in the jars already. Keep us posted. |

Mycobags work really well. PE is one of the tougher cubie strains. Try B+, Amazon, Golden Teacher, South American, etc. I have not grown PE invitro, but it should work that way. You should set up a grow space that is super clean if you are having major issues. |

Also, seemingly little things like regularly taking out the trash (if it stinks, it's been there too long), cleaning out the fridge, not leaving old food laying around (fruit getting moldy in a bowl, bread on the counter, unwashed dishes in the sink, stuff like that), and occasionally wiping down the entire apartment with a 10% bleach solution all help a lot. I literally bleach-mop the ceiling, walls, windows, doors, and floor of the room I work in, along with the rest of my house (but less often). Don't bleach-mop carpet, obviously, but covering the carpet with plastic sheeting for a dedicated clean room helps a lot (careful, it's incredibly slippery!). Use blue painter's tape to secure the plastic to the walls; it leaves no nasty residue when you remove it. Good luck!
