HELP, new hawaiian grow kit.

I have recently acuired a brand new grow kit from a smart shop in amsterdam. The kit is for hawaiians. I was shocked to see it knowing the difficulty of growing this strain. I am new to mushroom cultivation except for a few cube kits. My problem is that the video on www.magictruffle.com doesnt offer alot of info. I followed the instructions to the letter. Just before pinheads were suppose to show up all the mycellium disappeared and no mushroom growth ever occured. I have watered the kit as starting over from day 1 in hopes to salvage the kit and to get some sort of yeild. Any help would be greatly appreciated, ie. if I need to water more or less, the need for or lack of light/sun, etc. Thank you ahead of time for helping a new myco hobbiest find their way.

Welcome to Mycotopia. From your pics, I cannot see inside that contraption. Are there air holes in it to allow fresh air exchange--that is very important? Do you see any mycelium in the container? Or do you see other colors, smell odd smells?

It sounds as though it might be contaminated--I surely hope not, though.

Can you take the lid off and snap some pictures?

Give us a brief rundown of what you did and def give us a look inside the terrarium.
