 | will my cake shavings be very active?
I have dried shavings from my peeled cakes, that I got after a flush, before I dunked em and want to use em tonight to get off. I kept alot of em and dried em cuz there was deep bruising so there is most definetly some goodies in these dried scraps. Can I just weigh em up like I would caps and eat em or should I extract. Now remember I would like to do this tonight.

ummm, i'd say if you want to do it tonight eat them, however you'd probably need like and oz or more i'd think... i'd stick to the fruits, but to each his own

Myc does have magic in it but the amount is less than fruits. If i did use the myc for dosing i would put it in a cup and add boiling water then mash it with a fork. I would want the water to turn a dark indigo color to indicate enough for a dose. Very hard to judge amount of magic in the myc but it would be hard to get a decent dose from one cup IMO. Gluck

I have never resorted to eating vermiculite infused mycellium before but I know that I have read that these scaps and even whole cakes ( usually after first flush) can be very active. It makes sense being that they bruise right. That is the oxidation of psilocin which usually means psilocybin is also present. Couldn't I also just chew on it and let it absorb cuz I am not thrilled about eating cakes even though I do have an iron stomach. Good news!I have just been informed that two folks that were going to be consuming my last fruits are no longer going to be present at tonights festivities. No need to eat scraps anymore but I am still curious as to weather or not I am wasting my time keeping some of these scraps around for an extraction or consumption.

I read somewhere that cranberry juice is the best way to extract magic from the myc. Never done it but the author of that tek wrote that it was effective. Maybe search here for cranberry extraction.
