what is involved in harvasting mushrooms after they have fully grown using the BFR tek?

Pluck them off and eat them fesh or dry! If your worried about contams wash your hands first or you can bluck them off of the cake with forceps, tweezers, or pliers to limit contact and damage to the cake.

Usually for cubensis you harvest just when the veil has ruptured , as shown here, http://forums.mycotopia.net/harvesti...rupturing.html (The Veil Rupturing)
unless you want to print, in which case you should wait a day or two more, until you see the caps dropping spores.
