growing on the side of container

Okay, this is my second grow and I am using smaller tubs than I did the first time, I think 24 quart maybe. They are clear and I did make the mistake of not covering the sides with something dark like tape. However, they seem to only be growing on the sides...All four sides and nothing in the middle. Today I even had to pick some cause the caps were ready to shed spores.

My question is why would they only be growing from the sides, more humidity on the sides? If so, should I mist the middle of the sub if there are no pins in the middle?

They grow from the sides because of the micro-climate and the light stimulating
pinning "below" sub depth... the center sometimes pins later than the sides in situations
like this.
