How to wait for BRF from frige?

If I have BRF cakes and Grain In the fridge how long should I wait after pulling them to knock up?

I'd do them right away if they are only coming out of the fridge. They should be just fine. Do it up!

Yeah, should be just fine. If anything, let them sit overnight in the GB, or just in a clean place, but right out of the fridge shouldn't give you any problems.
