![]() | Fruiting Problem
Okay, SWIM has a single BRF cake and it looks perfectly healthy, but it won't fruit. This person has never had this problem before. Humidity isn't an issue. Any ideas? By healthy, I mean it has a normal smell and it's doing that thing where the myc twists into pre-growths. It's been like that for a week. No discoloration. SWIM did take a small chunk off the top because he ran out of spores for popcorn, but he has done worse damage to cakes and never had a problem. |

Dunk it again if you don't see pins soon. It could be low on water. How is the fresh air exchange? You should give it three or four good ones a day. And your temps should be somewhere in the 70s F range. Sometimes pins take a little longer to develop. Good luck. |
