finally to this point (fruiting)

First off I would like to thank everyone here who has spread their knowledge to me and others, whether directly or via grow log.

FOAF has five jars that are colonized with B+.

He would like to do an invitro with at least one of them, as one is starting to fruit already. What is the best way to do this?

Also, what would be the simplest way to make a bulk substrate with cow poo? (that would be the most convinent poo to use)

If you are wanting to let one grow invitro, you really don't have to do anything. Just let em grow. If you wanted you can take out the cake and put it in a larger jar, so the mushies will have some room to grow.

I use 1 brick of coir mixed with 20% cow poop and a few handfulls or verm.

I tried using just cow poop with verm and it was just not fluffy enough and it ended up contaminating.

He is talking about the chronic tek, an excellent way to fruit cakes with zero fanning or humidity adjustments.

No problem. You can grow them just fine in a regular 1/2 pint, too. The bigger jars allow you to get prints more easily.
