First of all, don't announce the city you live in. Bad form.

Second, don't type in all caps - it is damned hard to read.

What is the substrate in the mycobags? Is it supercake or grain?

You can fruit supercake subs right in the bag.

Sandbags will need some light to pin properly. You can not leave them in absolute darkness all the time. But just a very little light works. A light bright enough to read by for 4 hours a day will trigger pinning.

If you organize your questions into a format like this:

1. What temp should I use?
2. What is the right container?
3. What is the correct size?

You will get a lot more/better answers.

Invitro for WBS will give you a very poor yield.

Order the sandbags immediately.

When the WBS spawn bags are 100% colonized, move them to the fridge. They MUST NOT freeze - just stay cold and slow down.

When the Sandbags arrive, knead/break up the WBS. Incubate for 24 hours to make certain the WBS bags recover.

Inoculate the Sandbags with the WBS and follow Sandman's original Tek.

Lots of stuff about Sandbags (and other invitro methods) here:

Sorry for yellin' at ya about the all caps thing. I have weak "old guy eaten too many poisons" eyes and that shit is hard to read.

You can always case or do a rez-effect with vermiculite. Hip's sandbags are really the way to go, though.

Put those colonized WBS bags in the fridge, in the dark. They will store for 2 weeks beautifully.

Let them colonize completely before the fridge, though.
