So i have 3 1/2pint jars these 2 are completely colonized one is almost done. I do not have anymore room to do a casing tek or a bulk tub right now. If I open the lids and knock out the verm then put the lids back on loosely should I be able to get a few fruits from these jars??

yeah there isnt much room there for invitro growing i would just find the room to do a casing with them and crumble those bad boys nice lookin myc though whatever you end up doing with it

Yeah I that is what i figured. I am so broke right now I cant even afford the 5 bucks for another bag of verm so I can make a casing....If the chill for couple days more I will get some verm and case them.

Start exposing them to light daily but leave the verm layer in place and don't open the jars.

Sometime in the next two weeks or so, you will see pinning inside the jars. You can easily wait until then to birth them.

You can also remove the verm and fruit them in the jars (as has been mentioned, you won't get very much). Give them fresh air every day.

You could always stall them in the fridge till you have room.

Well, those jars you have are definitely not good for invitro, but one can yield around 4-5 dry grams from a nice isolate invitro 1/2 pint.

I would stall them in the fridge, as 365 said, till you have room to do something with them.

Yeah...I might stall them or Case them on Sat I get my UE check then. I kinda went overboard when I got my pressure cooker. I did 12 jars of popcorn 8 jars of BRF everything was succesful now I have all this spawn and no where to use it. I will stall it though I dont want to waste it. Next time I am going to use these jars till I get some widemouth 1/2 pints. As you can see from the picture of my grow area it is getting cramped with my 2 bulk tubs and my casing project. I will have room to add another tray to the tub with perlite when I get some more verm. As for the Jars these are 1/2 pint Jelly style jars at least I think i will be able to get the cake out in one piece with these.....I am obsessed with this hobby now It makes walmart so much fun now cuz there is acctualy stuff worth looking at there when my wife drags me there!!!!

HAHA I know the feeling. Check out a "true value" hardware store in your area if you have one. They have the half pint wide wide mouth jars you seek. They are made by Kerr and if they dont have them they can order them for you. I just picked up 12 cases from them a few weeks ago!

could you possibly put in a larger jar? theres a tek around here somewhere... chronic tek i think, but basically, if u have in half pint jars, move into a quart jar upside down. basically same as regular invitro, but with tons more room. havent tried it myself, but it seemed perfect for your situation... good luck!
