Fantastic

Did you use sawdust or dowel plugs? Those are beautiful and classic. I Have some shitake spawn on rye that i will start some sawdust bags with soon. This is good weather for the 'bigguns'

Great job.How long does the shiitake take to fruit?Do Shiitakes like colder weather or does it matter?
