heritage ranch Mycophiliac Join Date: Oct 2009 Posts: 58	? on oyster sawdust spawn what sort of shelf life does the saw dust spawn have, can i store unused portions for later use? if so how, and for how long. also the fungi perfecti site said a 1 gallon/5 pound bag of saw dust spawn was enough to spawn 30-50 4 foot logs. how would that compare/convert to straw bags? how good is fungi perfecti to deal with? prompt shipping? one area of their site said 2-3 week turnaround and another area said just a couple days. i dont want to sit around for a few weeks waiting for my stuff to ship. i would think i could start my own from spores or tissue in that amount of time?
