Pan Cyan grain bag- done colonizing?

I have a bag of pan cyan spawn on rye grain. It looked to be fully colonized last week, but not as thoroughly as I would like. Then again I am used to cubes which will basically make a brick of grain when they are colonized. I crushed it up a bit, let it colonize for a few more days, and this is what it looks like now. The grain holds together more or less in chunks.

What do you think?

looks good to me. id like to see a close up though. some of the grains look uncolonized but it may just be they have some moisture on them and they are pressing up against the bag.

Yeah, it's hard to see b/c of the condensation. Sometimes with my cube spawn the myc would be super-thick and white and the grain is like a brick-- this crumbles very easily. So all of the grains have myc growing on them, they're just not bonded together that well.

It's been about three weeks now, so you think go ahead and spawn? Thanks! I am so excited, this is my first grow with anything other than cubensis.

I read that if the myc doesn't colonize well it won't fruit. It seems to have colonized pretty thoroughly, but it's not as uniformly white as I would've liked. Any input?
