Rad El Baluvar a.k.a. Shroomcity style cakes

It's mostly in German (Swiss robot style with some italian too), so I asked and Shroomcity explained a bit to me about the tek (I wanted to try it, but haven't got to it yet because I have a too easy ready supply of bulk substrate) - http://forums.mycotopia.net/forum-in...tml#post723152 (Crazy German methods.)

http://forums.mycotopia.net/magic-mu...-pancakes.html (texas copelandia: first fruits [ radel / cyano pancakes ])
(may have used some compost, I'm not sure. in the original Rad El tek there is no compost.)
Alfalfa

Straw
http://forums.mycotopia.net/exotic-m...ans-2-0-a.html (simple cyans 2.0)
http://forums.mycotopia.net/exotic-m...ple-cyans.html (Simple cyans)
http://forums.mycotopia.net/exotic-m...tek-2-0-a.html (Seven’s simple cyan tek. 2.0)
Also, Foster grew pans where the substrate had got just a bit of poo juice. http://forums.mycotopia.net/exotic-m...pan-cambo.html
Very excellent results in some of these, but .. dung is certainly the most popular!
Please share your results if you try. I for one would be very interested to read about it! Good luck!!!

I had a similar post about just casing WBR. Spacecake replied that he didn't think that would work so I ended up using poo afterall. He's had lots of good results with Pans so I trust his judgement.

Also, the book by stamets "the mushroom culitivator" lists straw and poo as the fruiting substrates.

Good luck and let us know how you make out.
