![]() | LC question
Hey guys, So I started a few LCs last week. One was pure corn syrup, one was pure honey and one was pure Steens Cane syrup. I also made ones that were part of each, such as half CS and half honey and one that was equal parts of all three ingredients (labeled simply "the mix.") By the way, ever wanted to have your mind blown? Just read that wikipedia entry. Weird stuff. So I made the various Lcs and now I am completely unsure if I am having any progress or not! Most of them have fluff in them, except for the corn syrup one. This is infuriating because the one that everyone always talks about as being good and healthy is corn syrup and the ones that everyone always say just get residue on the bottom (namely honey and other colored sugars) are fluffing up like crazy! Am I crazy or is this normal? |

Good advice above. Picture would help much. Did you sterilize them with pc or microwave? If you do use a pc cook the lc for only bout 15min to avoid caramalization. It's very easy to over do it. Karo is the easiest to spot contamination in because its clear. Its not necesarily more nutritious or "better".
