PE clones on cakes mutant pics

look at this mutant looking PE clone. it reminds me of a cyclops for some reason. if these are all clones and genetically identical, how does this one look so drastically different than the others. Is that the effect of the microclimate at those coordinates in the FC?

it does look an awful lot lot vert. but i haven't grown pe, so anything is possible.

update: check out these alien PEs, check out the one with the SICK looking cap that kinda looks like an armored helmet. Does vert cause mutations in the dna of the psilocybes?? Do you guys think if I took a clone of that one I would be able to get shrooms that had those caps?

I believe that if you where to clone from said sample, the new clone would contain vert as well.

I would lean toward verticulium after seeing those latest pictures. I certainly would not clone it. PEs are funky but not that funky usually.

if i dried these out in my house would i be distributing vert spores? Id hate to lose em all....is it worth it?

i'd at least put them in a separate room and wash my hands very well before touching anything else im growing. as far as i know they should still be ok to eat.

I am gonna have to disagree with the above statement...

I would not eat them.

There is no studies about the affects verticulium has on the human body. Not really a chance I would want to take; IMHO of course. Verticulium is a contaminate after all ya dig?

Well to each his own...

I just really don't feel very comfortable eating fruits containing a fungal disease that causes necrosis to those said fruits.
