| How much is to much casing? Can you have to much casing and can it stop your grow? I did my first 2 pans of straight casing, did a 66/33 coir/verm. Well I put it in my fruiting chamber 1/11 and still don't see anything. I checked, and I think I got a 1"+ depth on the casing. It's a good moisture content. Gets good air exchange. Should I take a bit off or just have more patience ![]() Thanks IM420

| casing depth should be proportionate to substrate depth. most folks use fairly thin substrate layers [~1-2 inches] and thus a thin [1/4-1/2 inch] casing layer is plenty. thicker layers will slow fruiting
