i just saw one of the commercials
for Enzym. (or however its spelled)

i know i would never need them

im just curious if they work
and how they work lol

viargra works by inhibiting an enzyme known as phosphodiesterase5 (PDE5). this enzymes function is to break down a chemical messanger known as cGMP(cyclic guaninine monophosphate). cGMP induces smooth muscle relaxation in the penis thereby allowing more blood to flow to it hence a boner. So when a man is sexually stimulated normally NO is released which tells an enzyme called guanylate cyclase to make cGMP. However many men with erectile dysfunction do not produce enough NO and so this is sort of a biochemical trick to bypass that by not allowing cGMP to break down hence why viagra from what ive heard gives you a hard on for a very long time. id imagine other male enhancment pills work in some similar fashion. oh and by the way i never tried them hah i just had to laern a bit about viagra in a biochemistry class.

i use cialis from time to time.....good shit! im 32 now and have been abusing my body since the age of 13. but in the end i got the pills cuz if i CAN make sex better....i should. i just didn't realize till i took the pills how much has changed since i was 17. that 4 hour hard on shit you hear on the ads is no shit! just like when i was 16-19 walking into walls and getting hard as a rock in a good stiff breeze. fact is though, you can take them and with no stimulation, you wont get hard. likewise, w/ over stimulation, you will pop off and lose it just as quick, so if control is an issue, this is not a solution. on the other hand, even if you do come sooner than you may have liked, it doesnt take long to get it up again. as a matter of fact, a few times i just kept going afterword without losing my erection. once again this hasn't happened since i was 20 or 21.

Depends on which ones i think... The ones that are supposed to be like herbal viagra may work, the ones that are supposed to increase size don't.

The only option for size is risky surgery...

Yeah, plus I hear that surgery decreases the feeling in your dick. Sure, you may look like a pornstar, but after you got down to business and couldn't feel anything, it definitely wouldn't be worth it.

Just get a pump! The before and after pics I've seen seem pretty amazing. Also, there are exercises that you can do to increase your size and length, as well as stamina.
