I've been away from Mycotopia waaaay to long.. (i used to be BrokenAlice, remember me? anyone? Hip maybe? Redmonk?) anywho - i told myself a long time ago to share this with you all, since i know we all don't travel in the same music circles and whatnot. So you just might have let this little gem of a song, with words and lyrics by Mr. Leary, slip past ya... it's very nice!! you'll dig it, i promise!

I listen to a lot of darkwave/industrial kinda stuff - i like almost any kind of music though. I can find absolutly wonderful songs in just about any music genre (even country! Although, i must admit it's rather slim pickin's there. Have to go older country music...)

i believe any material released for 'promotional use only' would be clean and legal.
However, soliciting illegal activity was not my intent.
I don't even download music off the internet regularly! this was a rare exception..
(im paranoid + my PC is 10+yrs old and drive is full, cant even hold any more programs!)

hence my reasoning for wantin to hear one of the new songs..
i havent downloaded a song off the net since 'napster' went commercial..
years ago..

and even then it was only a few jams here and there, most of what i listen to is burnt off CD's from the store

i just know that link i gave is a safe hosting site for audio, pics, vids, mp3's and other smaller files
for folk like us, on sites like this, thought itd be better than a us based site

bit torrent and other p2p things are not my cup o tea so i asked about a promo

im not the best with computers, but i know how to defend myself.
and sharing a file with the possibility of some1 hacking the upload site and finding your IP or file path would be risky

at least, thats how my mind comprehends it.

i am always finding myself ridiculed by peers online for being too paranoid,
but it's because i have had my identity stolen online, and lets face it,
this site and many like it have unwanted swine onlooking,
and any chance i get to keep myself out of the nefarious side of things, i take it
