Venting....

Alright folks...I gotta get something outta my system...I just need to write it down..and I was talking with people in chat today about it..so here it goes...
I've been seeing this girl for a bit now..and I really like her. She's so sweet...and she likes me too. Well, tonight I figured I should talk to her about my hobbies...I won't get into specifics so much because we don't talk about things here but I'm trying to get thru school and work full time and play with things ya know...and because of some jackass weed dealer she went out with years ago she says she can't see me in the same way that we have been...and it hurts the hell outta my feelings...because I'm not some jackass she used to go out with...I'm older and wiser and don't do those things...and I swear everytime I do this to myself I swear everything off but bootycalls but they fucking suck...but she still wants to hang out...I told her I can't do it because it would hurt my feelings...I know that sounds sissy but you guys know...I'm in a serious bind here...she says if I just chill out with my fun she'll be all with it but I love what I do...and don't want some fucking drug addict girlfriend that wants to do a ball every fucking weekend and have me pay for it...this girl barely puffs..and thats why I like her. Sometimes I hate the places I put myself in...dunno folks...thats my vent...I could go on more...its just 3:30 in the morn... and I had a wonderful night until 45 minutes ago...I have never found a person I see eye to eye with i guess....alright I'm done see ya

Maybe you should hang out with her ofr a while, might let her see that you aren't like that dealer. She might just want you're like before she gets into anything.

And if I think you're talking about "our" hobby, its really good way to get yourself screwed over by telling girls about grow ops, especially if you live in the US.

good advice from those two, but isn't it sad thaT the country we live in puts up walls between us and the people we care about, that are based on nonissues? They declare a war on drugs and it declares a war on people. Not just the bad people, the people that we consider murderers cuz they deal death, but the people that enjoy a natural substance that comes from the earth and has the power to be good, bad, or indifferent; like the chair I';m sitting on. Without these sacraments, some color would be lost from our lives, and I don't like it when a gov't or a woman asks me to go black and white. However the woman's a tough one if you care about her. She might come round to a sharper picture of reality like mrs rabbit, or not, but at least you have the chance to hang out and do what Demus said by demonstrating what kind of person YOU are and not some stigmatized vision of a 'druggie' or whatever she sees you as now. damn, good luck dude

If it makes you feel better hang out with the girl a little. Who knows she may come around. It's been my experience that they will not. I made the mistake of trying long term relationships with chics like that and it never worked. They wanted to change WHO I was. They wanted me to be like them. So, after two failed relationships I started looking for girls that enjoyed the same things as me. Found a great one too. Of course you don't want a crazy strung out crack head, but you need someone with an open mind. I mean, the world would suck if everyone was just alike. It is also unfair that she compares you to her drug dealing ex-boyfriend. Does she do this with all alternative lifestyles? Hang in there, bro. You will find the one.
