Extraction od DMT from Yopo seed???

I have a good store front link for Yopo seed 3$ a gram. Would like to know now meny to get so a can make 5grams DMT.

By yopo do you mean Anadenanthera peregrina... or A. colubrina. People use the word yopo for both these days....traditionally peregrina.

I have seen little information about actually extracting the DMT from the seeds, mainly it is used to make a snuff. or a ayahuasca.(tea or a brew)

But here is a guess.

4 seeds is the average strong dose.... but remember this also contains 5-MeO-DMT and Bufotenine...not just N,N-DMT

the average (again on the strong side, we are trying to have an experience here) dose of pure smoked N,N-DMT is probably 40 mg.

So I'm guessing 550 seeds would yield 5 pure grams of N,N-DMT


** edit: someone check my math here...been a long day: .04g for every 4 seeds...and you want 5 grams.


Also I forgot to say, most of the DMT information on yopo is for oral ingestion, and snuff, so I am unclear as to how it all translates over... just GUESSING**




5 grams of DMT is a huge amount fyi.

What type of extraction are you planning to do?

I got 32 seed for 20$ I really need to start buying from the internet.

4 seed is a strong dose in snuff for or oral?? As for the extraction I will use the naptha extraction tek with a acetone wash at the end to cean the cystals.

Assuming my guess is correct the 32 seeds will produce around .3 grams of DMT for you.


On the erowid experience vault, people seem to take around 5, and then later on often take another 5... or mix with something else.

Post a link for me to the TEK you are going to use? I am interested. Some internet searching didn't turn up anything really on a dmt extraction tek from yopo seeds. I searched here too... not very long admitedly.
