    The green-hole is trichodermia, terminal case. Sorry bud...

    I'd pitch it. The other is hard to tell whts going on.

    The second 2 pics have pins and some funny looking grayish colored stuff.
    What is it?
    How can I save it?
    Any help would help.

    Give your casings more ventilation to help prevent molds..Grey cobweb mold can often be
    killed with a couple of sprays with peroxide...

    That trich looks pretty bad..and you can bet it's even worse under the surface. If weather permits .dig a shallow hole and put it in there and cover with straw or wood chips and a piece of cardboard then keep it wet..maybe it will come back this year or next.

    I tried to with another one that got the green ring of death and it came back.
    I'm trying to save the other ones that have the gray stuff and pins.

    Will it kill my pins too?
    I'll hit it with peroxide tomorow, maybe I'll get a second flush to work.
    And set up better ventilation.
