![]() ![]() | I don't see why you can't, but I'd wouldn't go much finer than a medium grade you will find the fine packs to tightly. Warning opinions vary.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | lucky you. my foaf can't find anything but the fine stuff. from a personal standpoint, coarse is preferred over fine. fine packs down to much. often giving you less even distribution of moisture in your casing or subs. also sometimes its more difficult to judge if the water content is perfect or not. it all works but medium or coarse is preferred in this neck of the woods.

![]() | Do you have an ACE Hardware or a Taylor's Do It Best Hardware store nearby? if you can’t find any jars, lids, bands, perlite or vermiculite in your area, you might be able to find it at a Taylor’s (doitbest.com) or Ace (acehardware.com). Both places allow you to order online (tax free) and have your order shipped for FREE to your nearest ACE or Taylor’s store for in-store pick up.
