A story on Fox news website out of Salem, Oregon. I'm unable to copy/paste at the moment so could someone grab it for me please?
Anyway someone allegedly on shrooms decided his friend was a narc & tore into him w/a glass bong. Ugly stuff, bad publicity for fungi.

I hate hearing stories like this, and one reason when a trip sitter is always a good thing unless your experienced and know what to expect. Sad for all of us when I see stuff like this.

he was probably doing some other drugs too.
But I have seen people freak out on shrooms.

SALEM, Ore. -- A Salem man was arrested and charged with assault after he attacked his friend with a bong causing him to require medical treatment, police said.Police said Vincent Gallagher was tripping on psychedelic mushrooms early Tuesday morning and became convinced that his friend was a narcotics officer.Gallagher then began beating his friend with the glass smoking device, breaking it in the process and continuing slashing his friend with the jagged edges, police said.Gallagher now faces drug and assault charges.

Police also arrested the woman who lives at the home, Amanda Sayers, on suspicion of drug possession.The victim is expected to be OK.
