    Little problem with syringes

So. I made some syringes a few months ago. I want to start a new grow in a few days, so I checked my syringes, but I found something frustrating. Spores 'sticked' to bottom of syringes. I cant take them out even by shaking or hiting in the syringe. There are some poor quality photos:

I know that syringe where I put needle is unsterile now, but I have 3 others and the spores are sticked to the bottom in the same way.
    How can I unstick them?

I read that someone suggested putting them on the dryer or washing machine and the vibrations got them loose, if you don't have an ultrasonic.

Or you can use the true Ki-force on it

Maybe sucking up some sterile air into the syringe to create a bubble in order to shake it would help?
    Just an idea though...

You might want to shake them up and noc a small jar with it first, before you buy anything to try and fix it. I've seen that happen a few times with my jars/syringes, and they've all turned out to be contaminated. Clean syringes don't usually do that.
