    I was following the shift+click advice to open a new window that someone posted in Hip's thread about his imac and a new window didn't open so I didn't really pay any attention. I just noticed that I now have several tabs open at the top of the forum page, pretty cool

    lol.. thought this post was of a different nature.

    Yes. I have become very addicted to tabbed browsing. In firefox ctl-t opens a new tab. ctl-page up and down cycles the tabs. A middle mouse button click will open a link in a new tab.

    Actually I am popping my firefox cherry, but I think there are similarities maybe?

    hip you should be able to do the same thing with firefox on OSX with command - t. The online help with the Macs is usually pretty good.
