    Question Hippie's Sandbags
    Yea I got 2 sandbags today from mycrotopia and so impressed. They look great and boy is that dpoo mix heavy.
    My question is I received these today, but won't be able to spawn to it for a few days. My question is should I freeze them untii I need them or will a few days be no big deal.
    I plan to spawn 2.5-3 pints of BRF/Verm cakes to the mix, as I haven't been able to get my grains or wbs to work out yet.
    Big thanks to hip, looks like a really professionally made product and very speedy delivery.

    I can't wait to get these going. Any other advice or input would be appreciated, as this will be my first non-cake grow.

    Question
    thanks for the quick reply hip. I was wondering, I could spawn about 4 days earlier, if I was to use a cake that is fruiting right now. After I clean it and dunk it, is it a bad idea to use that as spawn? Never heard that asked before. Would think that it may be a problem because its in fruiting mode, but I was just wondering because I have seen people use spent cakes to spawn, and it still has alot of life in it.

    better to use fresh spawn-
    those old cakes aren't very 'clean'
