    cold water MH tea

Well, after going through some of the chem tech around MH/harmoline (believe me, it's more than I want to deal with) I found out that some people believe that
    1. You don't need MAOI with MH
    2. That MH can be used effectively just by soaking in cold water, squeezing etc.
Anyone with experience in this? Being a non-smoker and headed towards a raw foods diet, this seems too good to be true!

    mimosa tea

After reading somewhere in Jon Ott's book that this would work I tried this. It did cause an effect however I really recommend the aya combination. Way more of a beautiful experience. The cold water extraction did cause an altered state but the combination of mimosa and peganum was deeper and richer.
