    Beautiful pics hyph! Those are really cool. That cat doesnt seem to mind swimming, but looks pissed about his food being thrown in the water. lol
    Definitely wouldnt want to meet him in the pond ,pool, or lake while swimming.

    Cat's not liking water is generally a myth. My cat loves the rain, plays in puddles, etc. If I towel him off when he comes in sopping wet he just goes back outside gets soaked and comes back in for another toweling off. House cats could be considered an exception, but mostly its baths they don't like, think about it: being picked up and subjected to a bath is totally different than chasing those mysterious drops of water making little splashes in a puddle.

    Tigers and other jungle cats absolutely LOVE the water. Lots of good food in there. There's even an asian fishing cat that has specialized behaviors of being able to herd schools of fish and catch them in the shallows.
