    This thursday at 9:00pm EST The History Channel is airing a new Modern Marvel show about Molds and Fungus. Looks like it might be pretty good.

    Fungi on TV - History Channel on 9/18 @9 pm
    Hey guys, check out what I just found on the Tivo: Modern Marvels: Mold & Fungus on the History Channel on Thursday 9/18 @ 9 pm.
    If you've never seen "Modern Marvels" it's a great documentary type show. The narrator has an inexplicably interesting voice. I can, and have, listened for an hour as he talked about the history of carpet. Yes, carpet -- it's sad I know.

    Just found another post on this topic in "General discussions." My bad. Still, enjoy!

    welcome to topia dude.Yeah I just saw the commercial on TV and looks pretty interesting.They even showed a few pictures of paul stamets pictures of how the mushrooms were growing out of the ants body.Seems as if they have a wide variety of molds and fungus they will be talking about.I wonder if they are going to talk about any of hallucigenic species.

    Anyone seen the part about fungus in the Planet Earth series? the sprout from the ants body reminded me of when they discussed all those forest fungi that dominate the insect population.
